I had the best experience with Nurse Valet Amy. She is very professional and can handle anything that one may encounter. I underwent a surgical procedure that was performed 231+ miles from my home town. So I had no other resource of family or friends in that area. Even if I had them there is no way they could even partially match the care I received.
She has an excellent standing with the Physicians and other health care professionals. My Surgeon had recommended Her to take care of me and I was more than pleased. She was easy to contact through E-mail, text and voice.
Nurse Valet Amy covered it all!!! She provided excellent transportation to the Hospital and with follow up appointments. Her Van is set up with the patient in mind.
She took care of all my medications, food, after care equipment, personal items, monitoring vitals, advice, wound care, lodging, road directions, well EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!
Of course there will always be problems that arise that will make one extremely anxious. Even ones that there was no way I could resolve them. I had some of those moments and she took care of all of them. Looking back I should not even become anxious because I realized that She would solve all of them. It even involved getting my car looked at when it started acting up and setting up my new Smart Phone!
She has the best bedside mannerisms I ever had and is very personable. That includes drying a tear to laughing and joking around. I will and am going to use her again.
